The fabric arrived in good condition but i should have ordered a swatch first as it is most definitely not high cotton. In doing a burn test it smelled like plastic, did not self extinguish and left a hard ash that didn’t crumble into a powder. I will still be using it since i had plans to make an overall dress that will not be next to skin but it isn’t 100 cotton like i hope. The customer service was excellent however!
