Due to very high shipping rates, our site isn’t currently set up to ship internationally. That being said, if you live outside the US we will happily ship to you. If you are interested in purchasing some of our fabrics, please send us an email that includes the following information:

  1. A list of the SKU #’s
  2. The quantity for each fabric
  3. The email you use for PayPal

Once we receive this info we will create a invoice (via PayPal) & send it to you. After the invoice is paid we will cut, package, & ship your order out.

We ship USPS & use the Priority & Flat Rate options as much as possible. Your invoice will include a shipping estimate, but if shipping ends up costing less we will refund the difference back to your PayPal account.

If you have any other questions/ concerns please shoot us an email & we will do our best to assist you.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to love our fabrics & us, but if you need to return & exchange any of our products, please read the following return policy to ensure your return is able to be accepted.

First thing first, please Contact Us beforehand and we will be happy to work with you on your return or exchange.

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days from when your order shipped, so please double-check your order when you receive it! Refunds & exchanges will be processed once the product has been received by The Fabric Market. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

Products NOT eligible for return/exchange:

  • Fabric cuts less than 3 yards in length.
  • Fabric that has been cut, washed, sewn, or otherwise altered, including carrying a smoke odor.
  • Habitual returns.
  • Items returned without prior notice.

We are happy so send you swatches if you are unsure of color, texture, or weight. Please check out our Swatch Policy.

We don’t usually send out coupons or discount our fabrics, mostly because our prices are already so low. However, we do have a rewards system that every online customer has access to! Our rewards system is pretty simple. You can earn points when you sign up for an account or writing a review, but mostly every time you make a purchase. You can redeem these points before you place an order anytime.

10 points = $1
The most points you can use for each purchase is = 30
Signing up for an account earns you 30 points
Writing a review earns you 20 points

All of our fabrics have a weight listed, but it is just a very rough estimate. We get our fabrics from a wide variety of sources & most of the time they don’t come in with any information. We will cut a yard of one or two fabrics in a category, weigh them, & use that as a guide for the rest of the category.

For example:

  • 1 yard of Linen weighs approximately 6 oz
  • 1 yard of Wool weighs approximately 30 oz
  • 1 yard of Chiffon weighs approximately 3 oz

Weight information is found under the “Additional Information Tab” under the description.

If you request less than 5 different swatches, there is no charge. Any additional swatches we will have to charge $5 for shipping, & our time. Some fabrics like to hide from us, so it may take some time to track them down. 😉  Please email the SKU#(s) of the fabrics you are interested in & of course your address.

Most line-good items are reorder-able.

Unfortunately, we are not able to reorder products that we acquired as Promotional’s. When they are gone, they are gone, so if you see something you like, you should act quickly to order it. The good news is that we are receiving other new items all the time.

WHY ARE SOME OF YOUR PRICES DIFFERENT ONLINE AND IN-STORE?

TheFabricMarket will always try to provide the best possible value to our customers, but because of the different natures of a brick-and-mortar retail store and an online store, we will have different pricing on some of our products.
